Game Recap:

RFK Stadium - The Redskins failed to score a touchdown for the first time since 1982, made plenty of mistakes and blew a bundle of opportunities in the process of losing to the Eagles, who were two-touchdown underdogs.

Trailing 9-6 in the fourth quarter, the Redskins had two golden opportunities to tie or take the lead. They drove to the Eagles 16, but a dropped pass helped stall the drive and Moseley missed a 32-yard field goal attempt that would have tied the game. Then George Rogers fumbled away another opportunity and that was it for Washington.
