Griffith Stadium - Don Hutson caught nine passes, three of them for touchdowns, as the Packers rallied from 17 points down to defeat the Redskins. A Frank Filchock fumble in the third quarter sparked the Green Bay rally. Sammy Baugh got his team as close as the Packer four in the late going, but Washington couldn’t punch it in.
